Full A/C Check

- Perform static pressure test (every other year)
- Clean condensate line with Co2
- Confirm outdoor unit efficiency
- Confirm overall condition and age of outdoor unit
- Visually inspect for refrigerant leaks at outdoor unit
- Confirm unit has refrigerant lock-out caps to meet safety and code standards
- Oil outdoor fan (if applicable) and check for proper blade balance/vibration
- Perform amp draw test on outdoor fan motor
- Perform amp draw test on compressor
- Confirm line set at outdoor unit for proper insulation
- Cursory refrigerant level check using line temperature method
- Digital test of refrigerant with precise computer gauge for low operating costs and max performance (performed every other year)
- Tighten electrical connections that disconnected and electrical contacts

- Inspect for excessive pitting, overheating and burnt contacts
