This week, we replaced these aged and rusty condensers with the most efficient air conditioning units.
Our clients had the system zoned, meaning the heating and cooling system is equipped with dampers in the ductwork. This is done to regulate and redirect air to specific areas of the home, allowing for the creation of customized temperature zones throughout the home for increased comfort and efficiency.
This new furnace system is equipped with Health Climate PureAir (pictured on the bottom right). This purification system reduces concentrations of pollutants through a process called photo-catalytic oxidation, which results in a highly effective way of sterilizing the air without the excessive use of electricity. Easy on the wallet and great for the environment! Win-win!
